Assumptions and Estimates

The purpose of the assumptions and estimates (A&E) report is to describe data and information sources that will be used to develop technical information for California Water Plan Update 2013. We are distributing a draft of the A&E report at least a year before releasing the final California Water Plan Update 2013 to solicit public comment early in the planning process. The final assumptions and estimates will be included in Volume 5, the Technical Guide.
